In a Route 50 showdown, the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake defense kept the Ballston Spa offense at bay all night. A rushing touchdown from Luke Zoller in the first quarter and another one from Myles Yannuzzi in the fourth quarter was enough for the Spartans to grab the 14-0 victory. BHBL moves to 6-1 and remains in first place in its Class A division.

Guilderland finally got to play a real home game Friday night. With a new multipurpose turf field completed, it was unveiled as the Dutchmen hosted Shaker. While Guilderland scored first thanks to a Justin Kapusinsky field goal, it was all Blue Bison from there. Donovan Deguire got the party started as Shaker went on to win 30-3.

CBA jumped out to an early 14-0 lead against Saratoga Springs Friday night. The Brothers defense did the heavy lifting to keep CBA ahead. A fourth quarter interception returned for a touchdown by Jahmir Pitcher sealed the game as CBA wins 20-0.
