In the latest Albany County update, 26 new cases were reported overnight. 

The total new cases per 100,000 residents is 11. The positivity rate is now at 2.6%.

As of Saturday, 81% of Albany County residents have received one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine while just about 74% of residents are fully vaccinated.

Albany County Executive McCoy reported one new COVID hospitalization. There are now 26 county residents hospitalized with the coronavirus. Of those patients, three are in the ICU, up one from yesterday.

There are no new COVID deaths to report.
