Cuomo made the announcement during his daily COVID-19 briefing on Sunday in Albany. Recently, Cuomo’s briefings have been held in the locations that have announced reopenings.
Phase one of reopening the state includes the likes of constructions, agriculture (forestry, fishing, hunting), retail (curbside pickup), manufacturing, and wholesale trading.
