The trial for Prestige Limousine operator Nauman Hussain has been delayed, according to Hussain's attorney, Lee Kindlon.

Kindlon confirms the trial has been delayed until May 4 due to discovery issues. There will be a pre-trial conference on March 30 at 1:30 p.m.

Hussain is facing negligent homicide charges for the deaths of 20 people in the October 2018 limousine crash in Schoharie. His trial had been scheduled for March.
