An occupant safety check at Grafton Lakes State Park results in a number of arrests by state police.
One of those arrested was Kee Naing of Albany.
Troopers say he was driving drunk with three kids in the car.
He's charged with three counts of aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law.
In other cars, officials say they found some children not wearing a seatbelt or safety restraint at all.
They say two children were seen sharing a single seatbelt, while one child was sitting on the floor of a car.
During the course of the checkpoint, state police say 45 tickets were issued for child safety restraint violations.
There were a number of drug arrests as a result of the checkpoint as well.
