1. How a small N.Y. village is utilizing federal infrastructure funding

New York state is investing nearly $100 million to help improve drinking water infrastructure in several communities by replacing lead service lines. Cities like Rochester, Syracuse and Albany are receiving the federal funding, but so is also smaller communities like the village of Catskill. Here’s what the small Green County community plans to do with its share.

2. First hydrogen fuel cell electric buses in New York state roll out in Rochester

New York state is rolling out its first hydrogen fuel cell electric buses in Rochester, part of a $285 million transition to a completely zero-emission operation. Thanks to the fuel cell technology, the buses can travel up to 325 miles in cold weather and refuel in just over 10 minutes.

3. How to watch New York's 18th Congressional District debate

Democratic U.S. Rep. Pat Ryan and Republican challenger Alison Esposito will appear in the debate, which starts at 7 p.m. today on Spectrum News, and will be hosted by political anchors Errol Louis and Susan Arbetter.
