SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Construction is a sign of the summer season across the Capital Region. The DOT is building a Northway connector to Albany International Airport. The $50 million plan is part of Governor Cuomo's $100 billion infrastructure renewal plan, and will not be completed until next year. And that is not the only project on tap. Work on Cohoes Boulevard is also underway. There are some major improvements taking shape on the Northway, squarely in the Town of Colonie and the district of Assemblyman Phil Steck.
