SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Homeward Bound Dog Rescue in Schenectady does things a little differently than your average shelter. They rescue dogs from other areas and bring them all into foster homes, and then hold adoption clinics every Saturday. Sarah and Bray Engel have been volunteers with Homeward Bound for four years and have fostered 113 puppies. They talk more about the work they do, and some of the adorable dogs available for adoption right now.
