SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: The Schoharie County Sunshine Fair starts this week. Although this year's highlights include a cowboy circus and a magician, agriculture is front and center for organizers. That's a familiar field for Assemblyman Chris Tague, a former dairy farmer. He's joined by Lois Goblat, who is on the board of the Schoharie County Fair.
