Raw milk from a farm in Ballston Spa has tested positive for listeria for the second time this year.
Customers who purchased raw milk from Willow-Marsh Farm between February 26 and March 2 are advised not to consume it.
The farm was recovering from its first listeria contamination in January and started selling again in mid-February. Raw milk sales have been temporarily halted again, and the farm plans to retest soon.
Symptoms of listeria include fever, nausea and vomiting; it could be life-threatening. To date, no illnesses associated with the product have been reported to the state Department of Agriculture and Markets.
