'Tis the season for entertaining, and Adirondack Winery wants to teach you how to make a charcuterie board.
The winery is hosting a make-your-own Thanksgiving charcuterie board event from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Chef Eric Hudson will take participants through the process.
Once you’ve made the charcuterie board, you can eat it while enjoying some wine. The cost is $40 per person.
