ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — The Bills mean business on the practice field, but they’re usually having a good time while they’re working hard.

"We’re a pretty loose group and we like to have fun," said running back Taiwan Jones.

And that carries over into the locker room — where new tradition has filled Friday afternoons this season.

"We usually always just run the speakers up on Fridays and just one day I was like 'shoot, we’re going live,'" said tackle Dion Dawkins. "Isaiah backed it and we was all for it. Karaoke just emerged."

Led by Dawkins, Isaiah McKenzie and Jones, the Bills give fans a weekly concert on Instagram Live.

"It’s special that we can do that," said McKenzie. "Not a lot of teams can do that. Just hang out and be as one with each other so it’s pretty fun."

It’s been a smash hit with Bills Mafia. The players take requests in the comments and have even started letting the audience join in on the videos.

"The fans loved it so we just try to give them what they want," said Jones.

"We’re just entertaining our community and the Bills love it," said Dawkins. "However high it gets, we’re all for it. We’re just bringing our personality to whoever’s screen wants to see us."

The terrific trio invites cameos from other teammates, but some might need a little more pressure than others to jump in front of the camera.

"We get everybody in there, Josh, Von, Gabe, whatever guy we can get in there on Friday just to show them off," McKenzie said.

So it begs the question, who carries the best vocals in the group?

"I like to think I’m the best singer, but I’ve got a talented group and we work good as a unit," said Jones.

"I’m the one that was on America’s got talent so, obviously it’s me," said McKenzie. "But Dion thinks he’s got vocals so we’ll see one day."

Perfect pitch or not — they’re in harmony on and off the field.

"The team loves it," Dawkins said. "It’s a lot of great energy and we just be rocking out, so why not?"
