WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. — Russell's Steaks, Chops & More, along with Salvatore's Grand Hotel, is facing a lawsuit for alleged COVID-19 violations.
In the lawsuit, Lindsey McKay, a former bartender, claims she saw several violations of safety guidelines, including a dishwasher who tested positive for the virus being forced to work.
She also says she was fired after reporting violations to the health department.
This is now the second suit filed against Russell's and Salvatore's for COVID-19 violations.
The Coppola Firm, who is representing McKay, says after the first suit, their phones started ringing with more claims of dangerous safety practices from the two establishments.
Russell’s and Salvatore’s did not immediately return requests for comment.
