It's T-minus two days until the National Buffalo Wing Festival, but it’s not just wings from local joints on the menu.

Booty’s Wings, all the way from Arizona, will be returning to the festival. But don’t judge too quickly.

The owner, Andy LiButti, is a Rochester native and he’s no stranger to Western New York wings. He likes the traditional flavors, but he prides himself on his unique flavors.

LiButti created his recipes based on all of his own sauces that he makes. His restaurant in Arizona serves 50 original wing sauces.

"When it comes to the most unique stuff I've ever seen, I think we are the place that has it,” LiButti said. “We've done our Caesar salad wings up here, which is our house made Caesar dressing and it’s topped just like a Caesar salad with croutons and parmesan and stuff like that.  We did our Cajun bacon Alfredo wing. You are not going to walk away unhappy. You are getting the best wings anywhere."

His favorite sauce is his Buffalo Chipotle sauce. For him, it brings Buffalo and Arizona together.
