Elmira Police have identified the man who was shot and killed during a home invasion earlier this week.
They say 29-year-old Ramonn Driscoll died inside a home on Taylor Street around 2:30 a.m. Monday morning.
A 20-year-old woman and an infant witnessed the shooting, but were not hurt.
