RALEIGH, N.C. — Built in 1906, the Raleigh Times building has been thriving for more than a century.

Before the owners bought the building, it served as a printing press until 1986.

Since then it has been converted into a restaurant and bar, and the owners have expanded to the buildings next door.

While the building has Raleigh history, the menu has some fresh new twists.

Chef Parker Jenkins is bringing new recipes, such as a vegan inspired bowl, and a new take on the classic Italian chicken sandwich.

The Raleigh Times is located on 14 E Haggart Street in Downtown Raleigh and is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
