Rise Southern Biscuits and Righteous Chicken, formerly Rise Biscuits & Donuts, has an all new menu that showcases their new options, featuring their three different kinds of biscuits: Buttermilk, Cheddar, and Sweet Potato.
You also have the option of choosing a desert biscuit! For example, the Sweet Country Blues is a sweet blueberry biscuit with sausage!
As for breafast sandwich options, the possibilites really are endless. There are the classics like bacon and egg, and then there are choices that include their famous fried chicken, such as the Spicy Chicken which features japelenos and Boom Boom sauce.
And then there are the pastries! Though the company has rebranded recently to focus more on their biscuits, they say customers will always have a sweet option! And we are being in no way hyperbolic when we say their creme brulee donut is the stuff that dreams are made of.
Rise has locations in Durham, Raleigh, Fayetteville, Carrboro, Holly Springs, and Wilmington, and there are talks of expanding to Charlotte and Greensboro.
