GARNER, N.C. -- Police have made two arrests in connection with the death of a taxi driver in Garner.

Officials say, Ja'vonta La'Keith Williams, 25, of Raleigh, faces both murder and attempted robbery charges, while Quinn Giles, 28, of Raleigh, is charged with Attempted Robbery.

Both men are accused of being involved in the death of Elhadji Mansour Seck.

Seck's body was found inside his Amigo Taxi cab on Poole Drive near Aversboro Road.

Officials later said Seck was shot to death.
