RALEIGH, N.C. -- It takes a lot of talent to get a seal of approval from celebrity judge/producer Simon Cowell but that's just what one 11-year-old got on a recent episode of America's Got Talent.
Tyler Butler-Figueroa, who's from Raleigh, got a golden buzzer from Cowell after showing off his violin skills on stage.
On the show, each judge gets one Golden Buzzer press per season, allowing them to immediately send an act to the next round in the competition.
When asked why he took up the violin, Butler-Figueroa remarked that it was to help overcome bullying he received for being a cancer patient.
