Happy Tuesday! After rounds of rains and thunderstorms yesterday, we have the chance for a few more storms today.

Today's showers and storms will not be as widespread as yesterday, but don't let your guard down as they could still pack a punch.

Temperatures today will still be very warm and above average. Highs will top out in the mid to upper 70s in the Triad & Triangle, and upper 70s to low 80s in the Sandhills. We begin to clear out tonight, with drier air making a comeback! Sunshine on the way tomorrow and Thursday, with seasonable high temperatures in the low to mid 70s. Rain and a few thunderstorms likely again on Friday. Saturday looks like the pick of the weekend, with another round of rain possible on Sunday. Highs on Saturday will top out in the mid to upper 70s, with temperatures a bit cooler on Sunday, in the upper 60s to lower 70s.
