Above-average rainfall has made it a wet February across North Carolina, and more heavy rain this week is causing rivers to flood.

The river flooding is in eastern North Carolina. In particular, flooding will happen on the Lumber, Cape Fear, Neuse, Tar, and Roanoke Rivers.
