CLARKTON, N.C. — All across the state people are inspiring others to make positive change.
Meet Darlene Smith. She's lived in Bladen County all her life and she says she experienced racism in schools when she was a little girl.
She's become a teacher herself and she uses what happened to her as inspiration to make sure no other kids have to experience what she did. She tells us her story in today's Voices for Change.
Are you a voice for change? We want to hear from you. Tell us what you are doing to help build a better tomorrow.
