WILMINGTON, N.C. — People are inspiring others to make positive change across the state and that includes in our schools.

Isaiah Hunter is one of the many students we're featuring as kids head back to the classroom this month. Hunter is a junior at Ashley High School. He is a student athlete and hopes to play baseball at UNC Wilmington when he graduates.

He shares with us his experiences learning amid the pandemic and tells us what gives him hope for the future.
