CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte Area Transit System will increase LYNX Blue Line service frequency starting Saturday, March 26, transit officials announced Thursday.
The service will operate every 15 minutes, instead of the current 20-minute frequency, during peak traveling hours.
CATS says the chance will help meet the increased need of riders as they return to offices across the city.
The CityLYNX Gold Line will continue on its normal schedule, but CATS says daily service will be shortened. Services will now end at 1 a.m. Monday-Saturday and 10 p.m. Sunday.
