RALEIGH, N.C. — For psychic and palm reader Lauren Smith, February 22 isn't an ordinary Tuesday. It's 2-22-22, a day of infinite possibilities.

Smith says it's a day for self-reflecting and letting go of any negativity standing between you and your dreams.

"Being the No. 22, which is love, partnership, harmony, self love, you can manifest a new job, you can manifest a new job, and the energy will be triple the energy any day to make it happen," Smith said.

Smith says energy is all around us, never created, nor destroyed. And with the twos all aligned, she calls it a "super-charged" day. Although Smith says you should be weary about what energy you mirror.

"Most important thing about today is making sure your mindset is clear and positive. You do not want to fight with a friend or especially a spouse, loved one, a coworker," she said.

Gabrielle Teschner traveled all the way from Richmond, Virginia for her first psychic reading. She's an artist who sees Tuesday's numbers as something beautiful. However, she believes it also has meaning because we give it meaning.

"I guess I'm thinking about how 22 giving significance to these numbers is also a way we give significance to lines and shapes. And is also a way we give significance to the world we created," Teschner said.

After an hour of palm reading and tarot cards, Teschner says she feels renewed and focused.

That is also a feeling Smith hopes to share with others, being that whether you believe in the power of twos or not, the way you think has the power to change your life.

"Everybody has gotten stuck in this negative, negative, life, and so today, hey, we have an opportunity to change that," Smith said.
