WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A 13-year-old is missing in Winston-Salem and there is concern for her safety.

An Amber Alert was issued Friday for Laela Kamoria Jones.

Guilford County EMS describes Jones as being around 5'0" and 117 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. 

Officials say she was last seen wearing dark jeans and black shoes, likely Nike slides or Crocs.

Anyone with information on where Jones might be is asked to call 911.
