BUFFALO, N.Y. — Take off might soon be a little smoother at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, thanks to a federal grant.
Congressmen Brian Higgins and Chris Jacobs say the NFTA is getting $650,000 to go towards runway updates at the airport.
Both Higgins and Jacobs say infrastructure updates like these directly impact the economy.
They say this will put the airport in a better place as travel starts to pick up as we head out of the pandemic.
