“Probably one of the biggest things that makes us different is the freshness and the simplicity of it,” Chavis says.

“Guy that looks like he's a $150,000 a year attorney sitting with a guy that's doing refrigeration work,” Chavis says. “You don't have to have 150 ingredients and do this, this, and this. Simple is very good because pork is already succulent.”
