Blue Smokehouse & Bar is becoming a quick favorite of barbecue fanatics; some nights completely selling out.

“It‘s some of the best out there. I’m not being biased. Which I'm sure everyone thinks I am,” Blue Smokehouse general manager Daniel Motuz said.

 

Blue uses a dry rub seasoning and hickory smoke to slow cook barbecue classics up to 14 hours, paired with its hand-made sides.

“We put a lot of work into this product, so we want the best for our guests,” Motuz said. “If it’s not up to our standards we don't even serve it.”
