HENDERSON, N.C. — The Vance County Sheriff's Office is looking for a suspect wanted on multiple charges related to two separate shootings.
- Christopher Arendall is wanted on multiple charges, including two counts of attempted murder
- Shootings took place on December 16 and 25
- Investigators have not said whether the crimes were related
Christopher Arendall, 28, is wanted for two counts of attempted murder, first degree burglary, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
According to the VCSO, Arendall has been identified as the suspect in two separate shootings that took place in mid to late December.
The first shooting happened on December 16 at a home on Sombrero Lane. The second took place on the morning of December 25 on U.S. 158 Bypass.
At this time, investigators have not indicated whether the two crimes are related or if Arendall had any prior connection to the victims.
Deputies say Arendall should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call the Vance County Sheriff's Office at 252-738-2200 or 911.
