RALEIGH, N.C. – A scholarship fund has been set up in the name of a Triangle teen who died after being hit by a car last week.

Scout Undercoffer’s parents set up the scholarship fund through the LGBT Center of Raleigh.

Undercoffer, 14, was killed after being hit by a car on NC-55 in Holly Springs.

Their parents say they want to make a difference for LGBT youth.
