Two stars from the musical, Cassidy Stoner, who is part of the ensemble, and Korie Lee Blossey, who portrays the Genie, stopped by the Spectrum News studios to talk about the production.
The official description reads: Aladdin is brought to thrilling theatrical life in this bold new musical that will sweep you into an exotic world full of daring adventure, classic comedy and timeless romance. It’s an unforgettable experience that includes all the cherished songs from the Academy Award-winning score and more written especially for the stage.
If you would like to see Aladdin, it's at the Belk Theater at Blumenthal Performing Arts Center this weekend.
Shows are Friday at 8 p.m., Saturday at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
