ORANGE COUNTY, N.C. – Citizens of Hillsborough are expressing concern this weekend since self-proclaimed members of the Ku Klux Klan showed up to the courthouse Saturday.
About a dozen people showed up in robes, some dressed in the group’s traditional garb, to a rally Saturday.
Counter protestors showed up a short time later with LGBT flags and signs that read “black lives matter.”
It appears the entire event remained peaceful.
