CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte City Council will have three seats up for grabs in the upcoming November general election.

We've confirmed that councilman Justin Harlow, who represents district two, has decided not to run for re-election. District 4 councilman Greg Phipps and councilwoman LaWana Mayfield , who represents district 3, is not running for her current spot as well.

Mayfield is, however, running at large. 

No one has said whether or not they will be endorsing anyone for their seats.
