After analyzing over 80,000 insurance quotes from North Carolina drivers, QuoteWizard ranked the cities by the highest rate of accidents, speeding tickets, DUIs, and citations.

So, what makes Clemmons the worst city for driving? I-40 leads to a lot of road traffic, which increases the number of incidents in the city. According to QuoteWizard, Forsyth County accounted for 42 road fatalities, 11.16 per 100,000 residents, in 2017.
