ROCKINGHAM, N.C. -- A new music festival in Rockingham is making waves on social media after some attendees say it was a disaster.

• From traffic issues and parking problems, to severe storms canceling some performances, many fans left far from satisfied
• But those who waited out the storms and stayed until Sunday say the event wasn't handled as bad as online posts make it seem

But those who waited out the storms and stayed until Sunday say the event wasn't handled as bad as online posts make it seem.

While some attendees do admit things started off a bit rocky, many were determined the weather wouldn't ruin their party.

"There's so much positivity, so much good energy here," said Sirius XM host Jose Mangin. "Even with the weather, people have their spirits up and it's really just a gathering."

Sunday was the final day for the event his year.
