- Terrell is facing a total of 12 charges related to Tuesday night's shooting
- Terrell was a student at the school and his major was history, but he was not enrolled this spring semester
Terrell waived his right to a first appearance, so he was not physically present in court or in a video appearance.
The suspect legally bought the gun used in the shooting and had multiple rounds of ammunition.
CMPD police chief Kerr Putney says he was the lone gunman. "There is absolutely no one else we're looking at. We're very confident we have exactly the people involved. The person involved. There are no others we're seeking based on the evidence we've got so far," he said on Wednesday.

The bond hearing is set to take place on May 15.
