FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – An old hotel is getting new life in Cumberland County.
- The Prince Charles Hotel in downtown Fayetteville will soon be upscale apartments.
- The building will now be known as The Gathering at Prince Charles.
- It will also house retail space on the bottom.
The building formerly known as the Prince Charles Hotel will soon be upscale one and two bedroom apartments, with retail space located on the bottom. It will be called The Gathering at Prince Charles.
The 93-year-old building will soon house 59 apartments, two restaurants, and a coffee shop.
The owner says the appeal of the building is simple; its location.
Units will range from $770 to $2,000 per month and range in size from 450 and 930 square feet.
Units will be available for move-in in April.
