ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. -- Officials in North Carolina honored a 911 dispatcher for her work helping to deliver a baby boy last week.
It happened Monday and she did it all over the phone.
It started when dispatcher Katrina Oxendine got a call about a woman going into labor.
Because of her training, she was able to talk the woman through the process of giving birth.
Within minutes, the baby boy was born.
If that wasn't impressive enough, Oxendine says this is actually the second time she has helped deliver a baby over the phone.
