CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Team mates and friends are mourning the loss of a teen who passed away in his sleep over the weekend.
Benjamin Hager, age 16, died overnight on January 18, unexpectedly.
He swam for SwimMac Carolina in Ballantyne and was a student at Myers Park High School.
Hager's family says he just started a business delivering homemade BBQ sauce.
A celebration of life service is scheduled at 10 a.m. Thursday at Myers Park Presbyterian Church.
