CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A Wednesday evening fire destroyed five units at an apartment complex off Raintree Lane and Highway 51.       

It took 50 firefighters to fight the blaze. No one was hurt.

We're told a bus was brought in to help victims of the fire. No word on what sparked the fire.
