MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. -- North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue is calling on the public to help foster a dog this holiday season.
Their shelter is packed to capacity and cannot take in any additional dogs.
They say this time of year is when most fosters and adopters are on vacation.
