MOORESVILLE, N.C. -- The names of two missing boaters whose bodies were found in Lake Norman Sunday evening have been released.

Charlotte Wildlife identified the men as Frederick Martin and Ernest Norris Jr. -- an uncle and nephew

Crews spent hours searching the Lakeview Shore area over the weekend,  where the men's boat was found.

The Lake Norman Volunteer Fire Department said the boat was adrift overnight Friday into Saturday, making it difficult to know exactly where the men may have gone into the water.
