CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Six city blocks in uptown Charlotte will be packed with food lovers for Taste of Charlotte this weekend.

  • Happening June 8-10 in uptown Charlotte
  • Purchase coins to sample more than 100 menu items
  • Leave furry friends at home

The three-day festival allows attendees to check out more than 100 menu items from dozens of restaurants around the city. Admission to the event is free which includes live music, cooking demonstrations, shopping and more.

 

 

 

To enjoy the food and drink samples and children’s activities attendees can purchase festival coins.

The event goes on Friday and Saturday from 11 am to 11 pm and on Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm. Although the event is on Tryon Street, it spreads from 5th Street to Stonewall Street.

Family and friends are welcome, but organizers say to leave your pets at home.
