CHARLOTTE -- The Better Business Bureau has named the 5 worst-rated Charlotte-area businesses of 2017.

Those businesses were Your Moving Company, Comprehensive Cleaning, Professional Appliance Service, Cabinet Door World and Design Decks and Porches.

The companies earned F ratings due to their unwillingness to respond to or resolve customer complaints.

In a release, Your Moving Company had 79 consumer complaints, Comprehensive Carpet Cleaning had 42, Professional Appliance Service had 32, Cabinet Door World had 65, and Design Decks and Porches had 27.
