SALISBURY, N.C. - A Salisbury woman will receive a $1,000 a day for the rest of her life thanks to her dad.
Manalle Earnhardt's father bought her a ticket that won the North Carolina lottery's "Lucky for Life" game.
She's the first person in the state to win the game's top prize.
Earnhardt has already received her first $365,000 annual payment.
However, she says she's not giving up her job as an emergency room nurse at the Salisbury VA hospital.
