MOORESVILLE -- A truck ran off the road into the woods and hit a tree Thursday night on Faith Road in Mount Mourne near Mooresville just before 7 p.m. on Thursday.

We're told one person has serious injuries. The person seemed to be stuck in the cab of the truck with several firefighters working to get them out.
Another person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
No word on what caused the crash.
