BILOXI, Miss. -- A Waffle House waitress was shot and killed on Friday morning in Mississippi over a cigarette.
Police say 45-year-old Johnny Mount refused to put out his cigarette and pulled out a handgun from under his shirt and shot the waitress in the head.
The 52-year-old waitress died at the hospital.
Mount faces first degree murder charges.
