CRAMERTON, N.C. -- A house painter from Cramerton won $3 million playing the lottery.
James Anthony, Jr. bought the ticket last month from the Tobacco House Number 2 in Lowell.
He describes his reaction when he realized he won.
"Scratched it off, looked at the number and when I seen it, run around the living room about three times, run around the yard about three times and let the whole neighborhood know."
Anthony says he plans to buy a deep sea fishing boat and get his captain's license.
He also plans to buy new cars for his children.
