MOUNT HOLLY, N.C. -- Murder warrants have been issued for a person of interest in a deadly fire in Mount Holly.

Bridget Berry, 38, and 17-year-old Trayvon Berry were killed Monday in the fire on Ridgewood Court. Gaston County police later said it was intentionally set.

Authorities were looking for Peter Rivers Jr., who they say also lived at the house. He was located in Georgia on Tuesday and held on unrelated charges.

Police now say Rivers will face two counts of first-degree murder when he is extradited back to North Carolina.
